As administration of Russian Emergency Ministry over Moscow informed, about 17:40 by Moscow time of Saturday funicular`s engine broke down. 30 skiers and snowboarders are captured in lift cars. Rescuers, representatives of fire fighting service and administration of funicular arrived to the place of accident. All together they develop the plan of people`s rescue. As Emergency Ministry informed, "technicians of funicular started the repair works. In case funicular is not repaired operatively, fire fighters will evacuate people by means of cranked hoist".
