Activists of Popular Front "Sevastopol-Crimea-Russia" gave Russian president Vladimir Putin recommendations on how to return Crimea to jurisdiction of Russian Federation. Necessary actions are enlisted in message of "frontiers" to Russian president and handed in Russian Consulate General in Crimea. In particular, during first stage Russia is suggested to leave Treaty about friendship, co-operation and partnership between Russia and Ukraine, which was signed in Kiev on May 31, 1997. The treaty confirms inviolability of current frontiers. In opinion of authors of the message, "there are no and can not be any co-operation and partnership between Russia and anti-Russian Ukraine". Moreover, activists of Popular Front recommend Russia "to stop payments of indemnities for presence of Russian Fleet in Russian maritime military fortress". "Since 1783 more than 1.5 millions of best Russian sons and daughters gave lives, protecting Crimea and Sevastopol", - reminded the authors of message.
