Official Kazakhstan-Russian meeting at top level has started in residence of Kazakhstan president Nursultan Nazarbaev. It started with tete-a-tete meeting of Russian and Kazakhstan presidents. Before meeting Nursultan Nazarbaev thanked Vladimir Putin for participation in inauguration of Kazakhstan president. "During historical minutes for Kazakhstan You found time for participation in solemn ceremony. The matter concerns Russian relation to Kazakhstan. Your presence enhanced the international prestige of Kazakhstan", - said Nazarbaev. He noted that his first visit in position of president will be to Russia and emphasized a high dynamics in relationships between 2 countries. He is confident that current state visit of Russian president will establish better relationships. In return Russian president congratulated Nazarbaev "with convincing victory in presidential election". Putin noted that observers presented on all stages of election. In opinion of Russian president, such persuasive result can be explained by high level of political stability in Kazakhstan. Putin also noted that current meeting is of high significance. Among serious decisions Russian president noted creation of mutual bank, suggested by Kazakhstan president 2 years ago. "We went towards realization of this suggestion for a long time. Mutual bank of $1.5 milliards will lead to reviving of economic relationships between 2 countries", - said Putin. As source in Kremlin informed earlier, presidents will discuss co-operation in Fuel and Energy Complex and interaction in world use of atomic energy. "Circumstantial conversation will touch ways of further increase of trading volume, co-operation in fuel and energy complex, including transportation of Kazakhstan oil through Russian territory, interaction in world use of atomic energy, development of co-operation in various branches of economics, and also establishment of military and military-technical co-operation", - informed the source. During negotiations sides will also exchange opinions on issues of co-operation between Russia and Kazakhstan in integration structures - within the frames of Eurasian economic community, Organization of Treaty about collective security, Shanghai`s organization of co-operation. "It is planed to discuss problems, connected with providing of regional security and stability", - informed the source. After negotiations Putin and Nazarbaev will exchange instruments of ratification of Treaty about Russian-Kazakhstan state frontier, which was signed in Moscow in January of 2005 and ratified in November by parliaments of both countries. Moreover, Agreement about establishment of Eurasian bank of development and Agreement about co-operation between Russian Vnesheconombank and Kazakhstan bank of development will be signed in presence of presidents.
