Ukrainian President Victor Yuschenko has signed the appeal to Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada), containing the demand to cancel "not constitutional decision" about the Government resignation. Yuschenko informed about it on the regular meeting with Cabinet of Ministers. On Tuesday Rada made the decision about Yury Yekhanurov`s Government resignation. Verkhovna Rada`s decision is "not constitutional, thus not legal", said President. "The country has the full-rights Government both in the Centre and in the provinces", he emphasized. Yuschenko has charged the Government to fulfill its duties "without any adds-on" , meaning the add-on "acting". Ukrainian President declares that Yekhanurov`s Government is to fulfill its duties until the new Cabinet of Ministers forming after elections in March this year. Yuschenko also informed about signing реу letter addressed to the Heads of Government Administrations with instructions on work in connection with the decision made by Verkhovna Rada.
