Moscow Prosecutor`s office files a suit on three articles of the Russian Federation Criminal Code against Alexander Koptsev, who attacked people in synagogue, told Moscow prosecutor general Anatoly Zuyev to journalists. He explained, that charges are to be brought on article 282 ("hatred or hostility excitation, and human dignity humiliation") , article 105 ("murderous assault"), and article 111 ("deliberate severe bodily injury"). "We have collected enough amount of evidences for bringing a charge against Koptsev", noted the prosecutor.
