22 dead bodies have been drawn out of the bus, which collided with a train at the crossing near Voronezhskaya stanitsa, informs General Prosecutor Office of Russia. Four people are injured and taken to hospital. Meanwhile the exact number of passengers has not been ascertained yet. Emergency services are going on working at the place of occurrence. Earlier, 17 workers of the local plant "Concentrate" were reported to be killed in minibus collision with the train. At the same time, according to the press-service of JSC "Russian Railways", there were children in the bus, six of them died and 30 were injured. Later this information was refuted. The information about train being derailed because of collision was also refuted. None of the train passengers was hurt. On the fact of accident the criminal case has been opened. According to provisional data, the accident took place on the bus driver’s fault, who didn’t let pass the train. The train and the bus collided at the crossing near Voronezhskaya stanitsa on January 13. The bus was bound from Ust-Labinsk to Voronezhskaya stanitsa and carried workers. Russian Emergency Ministry specialist intended to arrive to the scene by helicopter, but couldn’t do it because of thick fog, which also might have caused the accident.
