In the case of approval of the bill, Cuba will be forgiven 31,7 billion of total debt at 35.2 billion dollars. Agreements themselves were signed in early October 2013. Those 10%who will not be charged by the Russian Federation, Cuba will repay for 10 years, equal semi-annual payments.
