One reason for the development of this program was the shortage of labor in the region: today, the number of free employment is nine thousand people under 18 thousand vacancies. Head of Department of civil service of employment of the inhabitants of the region Vladimir Zakharov said that the Yaroslavl region is interested in highly educated practices and representatives of working professions, most owning specialties in the areas of processing industry and construction.
