By words of "Mosenergosbyt" press-secretary Victoria Lobaeva, "black list" of enterprises, which will be cut off from energy supply, has been submitted to Moscow administration. The list basically consists of "almost not operating industrial enterprises", emphasized she.
Companies in "black list" will receive notification day before power cut or hour before in case of emergency. If first stage of power cut will not lead to reduction of electric energy consumption, which sharply increased because of frosts in Moscow, another 100 industrial objects will remain without electricity.
It should be mentioned that majority of officially standing plants lease their apartments for offices and many non-industrial companies can suffer as a result of power cut.
By weather forecast, air temperature in Moscow will stay 25 Celcius below zero till the end of week.
