Funerals of Vladivostok citizens, burnt in office building, will be held on January 20, informed press-service of regional administration. January 20 will be proclaimed a mourning day on territory of Littoral krai - flags will be lowered and mass entertainment events will be cancelled. The fire occurred on January 16. Tragedy took lives of 9 people and 14 were hospitalized. Office of Public Prosecutor instituted criminal proceedings by fact of fire and death of people. Special committee of Russian Emergency Ministry investigates causes and circumstances of the fire.
