Instead of stopped trolleybuses additional routes of buses started operation for passenger`s conveyance. Traffic inspection requests automobile owners to refrain from driving in the city.
City electric power stations operate in ordinary regime. Meanwhile weather forecasters predict further decrease of temperature (to -35) along with high atmosphere pressure. In this view, by estimates of experts, ecologic situation in the city becomes unfavorable.
