Supreme mufti of Central religious administration of Russian Muslims Talgat Tajuddin announced about new name - Sheihulla. "Translating from Arabic it means "old man of Allah", - explained mufti on Wednesday. By words of Tajuddin, he decided to change name in hope to change the fortune. "Almost all last year I spent in hospital in severe state. There are cases when change of name helps a person to start new life". He also reminded that cases of people changing names are described in Koran. "Prophet Mohammed was giving such advices. Once a person Harb (war) came to him and prophet advised him to take new name - Abdul-Salyam (slave of peace)". Previous name of Tajuddin - Talgat - can be interpreted as "rise".
