Prosecutor`s Office of Pavlovo district filed a criminal suit on the fact of death of six people in a minibus "Gazel", sank under the Oka river ice. At the time being the question of arraignment against the minibus driver is being considered, informed the regional Administration of Internal Affairs press-service. The charge is to be brought on the article 264, Part 3 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code, about rules of the road violation, which brought to death of two and more people". Earlier, it was informed, that on January 17, the bus "Gazel" with 14 people came down under ice and sank 40 meters from the bank. The accident took place in the area of the Oka river crossing. The vehicle sank at the depth of 4 meters. Eight passengers and the driver managed to escape the sinking car. six people, including two women, stayed inside the bus and died. People were going to work to Moscow from Vorsoma town. It turned out, that the driver decided to save time and money: he didn`t go to the ferry, and directed the bus to the river ice. However, he opened the door, as it is recommended at the river crossing, which saved nine people`s lives. On January 18 morning, searching works started at the place of occurrence. By midday Russian Emergency Ministry rescue team managed to find and lift up one of the six bodies.
