For at least 3 years they will receive from the budget of about 50 billion rubles of subsidies: in 2015, the subsidy will be 50.9 billion rubles in 2016 already 52,7 billion in 2017 they will receive 54,7 billion rubles.. In addition to subsidies to balance regional budgets approved by the government, the draft budget takes into account 35-40 billion annual non-investment costs of Crimea: this is, for example, retired military and their families, wages civilian personnel, creation of territorial authorities. These costs will go directly from the Federal budget, informed "Vedomosti". According to one of the Federal civil servants, who commented for print calculations, "in fact, it is the cost of maintenance of the Crimea". Crimea, in addition, require cash on development - upgrading and construction of infrastructure, but the exact amount has not yet been calculated.
