Breakdown at heating main occurred in near-Moscow settlement Mendeleevo. Lodgers of 2 multi-storied houses remained without heating, informed one villager Vera Shekochikhina. By her words, the breakdown touched about 100 flats. It was also informed that temperature in all flats didn`t exceed +14 degrees centigrade for last week.
