12 thousand people are left without heating in near Moscow Podolsk because of the heating main break, informed Russian Emergency Ministry press service. "The heating main break happened at about 9.45 a.m. Moscow time in the section between a boiler-house and microdistrict Parkovy. As a result, 26 tenement houses, a lyceum and a kindergarten have been left without heating", the Russian Emergency Ministry press service official said. Five emergency crews are working at the scene.
