On his opinion, this explosion was meant to sour relations between Russia and Georgia.
"It is most likely an act of sabotage, accounting on souring still tense relations between Russia and Georgia", believes Pekhtin.
He noted, that Russia is interested in sooner investigation of the case, and finding the organizer of the explosion.
On January 22, in North Osetia explosions gas-main pipeline "North Caucasus- Transcaucasia" and ""Mozdok-Tbilisi" occurred. As a result Russian gas supply to Georgia and Armenia stopped.
