He states, that the agreement of 1997 defines the list of objects and areas, which have been given to Russia for temporary use for the period of 20 years. "Other objects, including lighthouses, must have already been returned to Ukraine in 1997. unfortunately, it still has not been done", said the diplomat to journalists on Wednesday. Osavlyuk states, that "there are court decisions on many lighthouses". "The Russian Federation Black Sea Fleet presence in legal environment and legal framework", he said.
