Rusian General Prosecutor`s Office has changed the article of the criminal case on the fact of gas pipeline explosions in North Osetia. Reportedly, this case is processed on the article 205 of Russian Criminal Code ("terrorism"). Earlier, it was reported to be processed on the article "intentional damage of property". On January 25 the deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Shepel has informed that the suit about the pipeline explosions has been accepted for processing by the General Administration of General Prosecutor`s Office in Southern Federal District. He also announced, that the loss caused by the pipeline explosions constitutes 30 million rubles. The deputy Prosecutor General has commented on the Russian special services` possible connection to the diversion in North Osetia. "All these claims are not serious, mere nonsense, to be exact", said Shepel. Earlier, the version of some technical cause of the accident was considered.
