CJSC oil company "Russneft" is planning to ivest about 600 million rubles to Krasnodar refinery development. Such an announcement has been made by the oil company "Russneft" President Mikhail Gutseriev in the course of regular meeting of the Oil company leadership and the leaders of Krasnodar region. The oil company press-service notes that in the end of the December 2005 CJSC oil company "Russneft" and shareholders of CJSC "Krasnodar refinery - Krasnodarekoneft", owing in aggregate 75% shares of CJSC "Krasnodar refinery - Krasnodarekoneft" has achieved the agreement in principle about selling the mentioned share holding to CJSC oil company "Russneft". On January 2006 CJSC oil company "Russneft" has proceeded to the company and its production activity administration.
