The rescue operation in Polish town Katowice, where the roof of the exhibition center collapsed the day before, has been completed. By words of rescuers, there were no alive people under obstructions by mid-Sunday. Specially trained dogs couldn`t sense any signs of people under remains of the building. From present moment heavy equipment will work on place of the accident. There is a high probability that a number of victims will increase. By latest data, 66 people died and more than 140 got injuries as a result of roof collapse in pavilion, where exhibition of carrier pigeons took place. About 90 injured stay in hospitals. Besides Poles there are citizens of Germany, Czechia, Belgium and Slovakia among victims. By unconfirmed data, 1 citizen of the Netherlands and 1 citizen of Germany died. Earlier Russian consul general in Krakow informed that there are no Russian citizens among the dead and the injured. By tentative version the roof has collapsed under weight of snow.
