11 cases investigated in view of incident in Chelyabinsk tank school
In the view of incident in Chelyabinsk tank school 11 criminal cases are being investigated; criminal proceedings are instituted against 12 servicemen. This was informed by deputy of Russian General Prosecutor - Head military prosecutor Alexander Savenkov.

"3 of them, including junior sergeant Sivyakov, are placed under custody by application of Office of Military Prosecutor. 3 officers accused of criminal negligence gave a written undertaking not to leave the place", - informed the Head Office of Military Prosecutor.
The same preventive punishment was chosen regarding the director of the school - general Sidorov.
3 servicemen will be observed by command of military unit. Another 2 servicemen are detained on suspicion of violation actions towards colleagues. Preventive punishment for them will be chosen during investigation.
At present moment 188 servicemen of educational battalion have been medically examined. Medical documents have been withdrawn and taken into consideration, 208 people are being interrogated, 11 investigation experiments have been conducted, 5 expert examinations are carried out.
Savenkov has demanded all instituted criminal cases to be investigated and directed to court at the earliest possible date keeping objectivity and legality.
During New Year holidays group of servicemen, including officers, beat several soldiers. As a result soldier Andrei Sychev was hospitalized and doctors had to amputate him both legs and vital organs.
