"On the first days of February night temperature in Central Federal District is to fall down to - 20 - 25C, in Volga Federal District this night temperature is expected to be - 17-22C, in Archangelsk region the temperature may fall down to - 35C", says the release. According to press release, on the north of Southern Federal district the temperature is also to fall by the middle of the week, but the fall will be less intensive, night temperature is expected to be 13-18 C. In Moscow and Moscow region the temperature is to fall dawn to -21-23C, in the north of the region - 27, at the daytime the temperature is to constitute - 16-18 C. Cold weather is to be preserved by the end of the week, says Meteorology Service.
