Officials of Ministry of Economic Development proclaimed new regulations of corporative conflicts` assize. Authors of document expect that amendments to Russian Arbitrage code of practice and law about joint-stock companies will prevent corporative wars. Supposedly all disputes of company`s activity will be examined by local arbitrage courts. This will deprive raiders of opportunity to lodge complaints from any location of appellee. Moreover, Ministry of Economic Development suggests to reduce statute of limitation while impugnment of director`s decisions. At present moment the term is 3 years. Deputies of State Duma advocate for 6 month-term. The Supreme court disputed this initiative because of unwillingness to pass labor conflicts to Arbitrage courts. At the same moment the project has been already approved by the Supreme Arbitrage court.
