Significant part of Shkotovo village stays without electric energy for 5 days because of conflict between "Dalenergo" and local reseller of energy "Communal Energy". Press-service of "Dalenergo" informed that reseller supplying light to Shkotovsky district, Bolshoi Kamen and Fokino villages ran into debt of 60 millions rubles to energetic company. Because of debts "Dalenergo" introduced limitations on electricity supplies. "In such situation reseller should redistribute the load in order to supply good faith consumers and socially important objects. But operative staff of "Communal Energy" didn`t follow this principle", - was announced in "Dalenergo". At present moment 7 streets in Shkotovo village and several radio-towers of mobile communication are de-energized. Several administrative buildings of the village, including local administration of Interior Affairs and administration, stayed without light during weekend. After examination of financial and communal activity of "Communal Energy" public corporation the prosecutor of Shkotovsky district Oleg Artamonov pronounced a judgment in address of general director of the enterprise to remove violations of the law.
