70 tons of oil spilt to the ground and 1.2 tons - to the ice cover of the Medlinka river near Arikovo settlement (90 km north of Votkinsk town) during conducting of planned repair works at main oil pipeline "Kholmogory-Klin" with diameter of 1200 mm. This was informed by press-service of Russian Emergency Ministry. Broken pipeline is shut down, oil products are being collected
