There are no Ukrainian state organizations among owners of "RosUkrEnergo", announced Ukrainian president Victor Yushenko during press-conference. He was informed by Ukrainian special services. "This company is formed by subjects that have no relation to Ukrainian state services", - emphasized Yushenko. He added that "RosUkrEnerego" is formed only on the base of Russian legislation. Antimonopoly committee and other Ukrainian agencies responsible for legal operation of organizations on Ukrainian territory have all necessary information about shareholders of the company. At the same moment president noted that until Ukraine gets Turkmen gas the country is interested in middleman in charge of gas transit through Russian territory. Yushenko said that Ukraine advocates "for formation of transparent model with clean structure in relation to Russian gas transit and purchase". The head of Ukrainian state appealed to Russian president Vladimir Putin with request to present all necessary documents about "RosUkrEnergo" company. Yushenko also reminded about planned first session of "Yushenko-Putin" committee in February. Ukrainian president approves current Ukrainian-Russian relationships noting that they have become equal and pragmatic.
