Investigation of synagogue attack case has been finished and passed to the court, informs Moscow prosecutor-general Anatoly Zuyev.
According to him, he himself approved the verdict on this case, which is to be tried in Moscow city court. In the framework of the criminal case, Alexander Koptsev is brought a charge on the article 105 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code ("murderous assault on two or more people, on the ground of national, religious hatred and hostility").
The Prosecutor noted, that such a crime is punished with deprivation of liberty for the period from 8 to 20 years or with life imprisonment
Besides, Koptsev is accused on the article 282 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code ("making actions aimed to hatred and hostility arouse, humiliation of human dignity, committed with use of violence "), which provides with punishment varying from a penalty fee to imprisonment up to 5 years.
