Gazpom company has announced about an establishment of mutual enterprise Ukrgas-Energo. Vice-president of Gazprom Alexander Ryazanov was elected as the chairman of Ukrgas-Energo supervisory board. "Developing previously achieved agreements between Gazprom and Ukrainian Naftogas about market principles of cooperation in gas sphere Ukrainian Naftogas and RosUkrEnergo on an equal footing created mutual enterprise Ukrgas-Energo", - informed press-service of Gazprom. The enterprise will be registered in Ukraine in the shortest possible time. "The main directions of Ukrgas-Energo activity will become supplies of natural gas and other sorts of energy resources to Ukrainian consumers", - informs Gazprom. General meeting of UkrgasEnergo members was held in Kiev on Thursday. Supervisory board and regulations of Ukrgas-Energo have been established during the meeting.
