Moscow arbitrage court, which declared auction of dacha "Sosnovka-1" owned by ex-premier Mikhail Kasyanov as illegal, answered the claim of Rosimushestvo only partially. The court considered the demand of dacha return into state property as unsuitable. Therefore, "Sosnovka-1" is still owned by Kasyanov, who will be questioned by investigators about personal interest in falsification of the auction. As a result of auction dacha was bought by private firm "Amelia", which passed rights for property to ex-premier afterwards. While examining the complaint Kasyanov will testify on the side of the defendant.
