By words of inspectors this is the only way to avoid mass poisoning. "If caviar is packed in insanitation it contains lots of nitrates. Therefore, it is inedible", - has announced the expert of Russian agricultural inspection administration over Kamchatka oblast Anatoly Baranov.
The caviar is annihilated at city dump. After delicacy is sprinkled by calcium chloride it is smashed by bulldozer. The procedure is carried out according to rules and in presence of witnesses. When all caviar is destroyed, witnesses will sign the report.
