Sources in administration of White House have supported the information that George Bush will suggest Russia to participate in strategic project of fuel production for atomic power-plants of developing countries. USA president will introduce the project to Congress during budget discussion on Monday. The global purpose of the project is prevention of nuclear weapon creation in countries of third world. In particular, USA and Russia will supply enriched uranium for APP of countries-clients and take wasted fuel for utilization on personal territory. This way nuclear exhausts could not be used by terrorists for preparation of dangerous weapon. In opinion of experts, USA president suggests partnership to Russia because country has technologies of nuclear fuel processing which are not developed in America.
