Papers on the revision the facts of the occurred between the boxer Nikolai Valuyev and the guard of St. Petersburg sports complex "Spartac" have been passed to the court, informed the official of Ministry of Internal Affairs Central administration in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. The papers have been sent to the court for a decision to be made about filing a suit against the boxer or declining it. The incident between the boxer and the guard occurred in January, when the sportsman`s wife parked her car in an inappropriate place near the sports complex and the guard reproved herthe boxer`s wife called her husband, who having come in few minutes, and according to the guard, beat him on the head. As a result the 60 year old man was hospitalized in medium grave condition.
