Governmental orders for hi-tech medical surgeries will be introduced in Russia in 2007. This was announced by Russian minister of health protection and social development Mikhail Zurabov.

"Governmental orders for hi-tech surgeries will be paid by federal budget funds", - said the minister during meeting with medical community of Sverdlovsk oblast.
Ministry will pay attention to the health of working population - improving of clinical examination, ambulance service, blood transfusion centers in particular.
Minister is also aware of large number of victims in traffic accidents as a result of untimely or low-quality medical treatment.
By words of Zurabov, the main problems of the branch are low wages, unsatisfactory health manpower training, lack of experts in medical institutions at all levels.
On Wednesday minister visited just opened center of children oncology and hematology in Sverdlovsk oblast.
