In the village Tukui-Metev of Neftekumsky district in Stavropoliye, where in the course of special operation 12 bandits were killed, the battle goes on. It is also taking place on the outskirts of the village. According to the chief of administration of struggle with organized crime Viktor Barnash, in the course of special operation inhabitants of the village weren`t hurt. As for the Federal forces, there are losses. According to the source, in the course of battles on February 9 and 10, 7 members of special forced were killed. Earlier 4 militiamen were reported to be dead. Three of them were told to be dead, and the forth who had been considered missing, was found by the evening on februahe. Three servicemen were reported to be hurt, they were taken to Neftekumsky hospital. According to the source, a few snipers are still showing resistance on the outskirt of the village. Exact number of bandits near Tukui-Mekteb is still unknown. Earlier the information appeared, that special services were keeping eye on the bandits hiding in the village. They decided to take the houses with bandits by storm, when the intentions to make the terrorists attack similar to Beslan`s one, became known. On February 10 in Pyatigorsk three accomplices of the Tukui-Mektem were detained in the course of special operation. According to operational data all of them belong to so called "Shelkovskoy jamaat".
