3 Russian officers, who were detained in zone of Georgian-Osetin conflict this Wednesday, returned to Russia. At present moment they are in Vladikavkaz and will fly to Moscow in near future. As it was informed before peace-makers were released on Friday but couldn`t leave the territory of Georgia because Georgian investigators didn`t return their passports and military service record cards. 3 Russian officers arrived to Georgia for investigation of the incident with owned by Russian peace-makers "Ural" lorry, which was detained by Georgian military police on February 1. The officers were also detained. On Friday Russian officers were passed to OSCE observers in Tsinval district. Representatives of Georgian government announced that officers should leave territory of the country within 24 hours. Earlier the head of Georgian Ministry of Defense Irakli Okruashvili noted that Tbilisi has introduced visa regime for peace-makers.
