Office of Prosecutor over Moscow region investigates 35 criminal cases by facts of illegal construction and swindle in sphere of house-building. Several officials of central administration board of state architectural-constructional inspection are brought to disciplinary responsibility. By results of examination, the main cause of swindle in housing sphere became the criminal activity of several investors-builders, who took funds of co-investors.
