None claims for moral and material damages against Vladimir Putin and his administration were answered last year. Total amount of overruled claims constitutes about 3 billion rubles. Totally, 56 people filed claims against President last year. The number of claims is decreasing, in 2004 there were 74 of them. Total amount of claims dealt by the Administration for citizens appeals operation constituted 589 thousands appeals. In 2004 there were 704 appeales. Half the appeals (42%) was dealt immediately by President`s Administration, over a third of them (36.7%) was passed for dealing to Government Agencies in constituent territory of the Federation and local government autonomous bodies, a fifth (20,8%) were passed to federal government agencies, and less than 1 % was passed to Russian Government Office. In 2005 people started to use the Internet more actively for appeals to President - there were over 52 thousand appeals.
