Russian authorities have established restrictions for import loving poultry from Azerbaijan because of bird flu cases detection in this country.

Russian authorities have established restrictions for import loving poultry from Azerbaijan because of bird flu cases detection in this country.
The press-release issued by Ministry of Agriculture says that apart from living poultry, "importing restriction for incubatory eggs, poultry and other products of poultry farming, birdseed, birdseed adjunct, and all used equipment for poultry keeping and killing, is established".
Earlier, Russian chief sanitary inspector Gennady Onishchenko issued the order about strengthening control of state of health of people coming from the countries neighboring with Turkey, where several people died of bird flu virus.
