The administration of the Federal Penitentiary Service for Chita district appealed in the provincial court the resolution of the law court of the city Krasnokamensk which declared illegal the decision of the administration of the colony about telling off to the former head of the oil company "YUKOS" Mikhail Hodorkovskiy. The date of the processing of complaint in the provincial law court is not assigned thus far. Let us recall, that the penalty in the form of rebuke "for leaving of work site" was inflicted to Mikhail Hodorkovskiy in the middle of December 2005. In the colony the ex-head of "YUKOS" works as the student of seamstress- motor mechanic. Hodorkovskiy`s machine tool on which he sews gloves was broken. Hodorkovskiy went to search for fitter and was got the penalty for the arbitrary leaving of the place of work. The behavior of Hodorkovskiy was found by the administration as the breach of the internal regulation, which must be obeyed by the prisoners of colony. The attorneys of Hodorkovskiy protested this decision and on 9 February, 2006, the law court of the city Krasnokamensk in Chita district remitted the reproof from him.
