Tbilisi perceives an attempt of Georgian territory annexation in activity of Russian peace-makers in South Osetia. This was announced by Georgian minister of conflict regulation George Khaindrava. "The situation when the army of one country protects rights of their citizens on territory of another country is called an annexation", - said Khaindrava. He emphasized that "internationalization of peace keeping operation" should take place in zone of Georgian-South Osetin conflict. At the same moment deputies of Russian State Duma asked president Putin to protect Russia from Georgia. Georgian politics leads to exacerbation of situation around South Osetia and may represent danger for Russian security. This was said in announcement project made by State Duma in the view of Georgian decree "About current status and process of peace-making operation in South Osetin ex-autonomous oblast". State Duma has noted that decree of Georgian parliament "contains groundless accusations of Russia". In opinion of Russian deputies, this decree is a regular continuation of anti-Russian politics held by Georgia.
