"I ask all federal establishments of culture to perform careful examination of their buildings. Especially it applies to circuses", said Shvydkoy.
The head of the federal agency has issued such an order in the view of the tragedy, occurred on Basmanny market in Moscow in February 23. As a result of the market roof collapse 66 people died.
