X congress of Russian pilot union ended in Moscow. Delegates expressed anxiety in the view of law "About opposition to terrorism", which allows anti-aircraft defense to bring down aircrafts captured by terrorists, in message to president Vladimir Putin. "Flight crews of Russian civil aviation are extremely concerned of future flights under constant threat of annihilation". In opinion of pilots, current situation negatively influences psychological and emotional state of aircraft crew, which from its turn may harm to security of flights. Congress delegates requested audience of president for discussion and settlement of accumulated problems in civil aviation. As it was informed earlier State Duma ratified the law "About opposition to terrorism" on February 26, Council of Federation approved it on March 1. The law will come into force after signing by president and publication in press. New law establishes principles of struggle against terrorism, regulates preventive measures and allows involvement of Armed Forces.
