Roscosmos considers that launching of "Proton-M" carrier rockets should not be prohibited. "Next launch of "Proton-M" carrier rocket is planned for second half of May, 2006. In this view there is no need to ban launching of carrier rockets of this class", - was said in Roscosmos message. Commission for investigation of causes of "Arabsat-4A" spacecraft insertion to abnormal orbit by booster unit "Briz-M" will hold first meeting this Friday. The incident took place on February 28 during launching from Baikanur cosmodrome.
