Airplane with HAMAS delegation on board has landed in Moscow airport "Sheremetevo-2". This was informed by NTV company. The delegation arrived to Russian capital by regular flight. As ambassador of Palestinian national autonomy in Moscow Baker Abdel Munem reported earlier, members of delegation will meet with head of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov and consult with vice-minister of Foreign Affairs Aleksandr Saltanov on Friday. Palestinian delegation is led by chairman of HAMAS Political Bureau Haled Mashaal, who lives beyond the bounds of Palestine at present moment. His deputy Musa Abu Marzuk has also arrived to Russian capital. "We are grateful to Russian administration for invitation to Moscow and look forward to visit with optimism", - said Abu Marzuk the day before visit. He informed that HAMAS leadership intends to discuss current situation around HAMAS. "We plan to discuss results of Palestinian election, their international aspect and demands of western countries presented to HAMAS administration, in particular", - noted Abu MArzuk. - "This is an excellent opportunity for opinion interexchange". Earlier "quartet" of Middle Asian mediators consisting of UNO, Russia, USA and EU demanded HAMAS to recognize Israel, refuse from armed actions against Jewish state and respect obligations undertaken by Palestinian authorities earlier. HAMAS from its turn declared that the movement will not recognize Jewish state in current situation. HAMAS laid several conditions for start of negotiations with Israel - Israel should vacate Palestinian territories occupied in 1967 and agree on return of Palestinian refugees to native land. By words of Russian minister of foreign affairs Sergey Lavrov, during negotiations with Palestinian delegation Russia would proceed from position of international "quartet" of Middle Asian mediators.
