Negotiations between Donetsk national Republic and the Ukrainian authorities will be provided with guaranteed only under equal conditions. Also, the main condition is the recognition of the Republic of Kiev. Prime Minister Donetsk national Republic Alexander Zakharchenko held in Donetsk briefing, where he voiced the conditions on which the authorities of the Republic will go on the negotiations with Kiev. It was also suggested that DND welcomed the peace initiative, but does not want to meticulously do stupid requirements that it imposes the Ukrainian authorities. "We always... open to any negotiations. We expect proposals, but only meaningful sentences - not to lay down arms and to ensure the closure of the borders. This will never happen and even if it is not a dream" - quoted by RIA Novosti, Alexander Zakharchenko. Negotiations will be useful only if the conversation will take place on an equitable criteria "as equal partners". An essential condition for successful negotiations between Donetsk and Kiev is the recognition of the people's Republic. "You should take held by the government.
