Office of Public Prosecutor of Central administrative Moscow district instituted criminal proceedings by fact of beating of Cuba citizen to death. "Office of Public Prosecutor of Central administrative district has instituted and investigates criminal proceedings according to article 111, part 4 of Russian Criminal Code (intentional infliction of grave bodily injuries followed by death)", - informed press-service of capital Office of Public Prosecutor. By tentative data, citizen of Cuba was beaten by strangers at about 3:00 by Moscow time. As a result of obtained traumas the victim died on spot. By some information he worked as a cook in one of Moscow cafes. According to version of investigation the fight occurred because of personal hostile relationships. "During investigation all versions will be examined", - was said in Office of Public Prosecutor.
