"To abolish the decision of Zamoskvorechye law court about the imprisonment of Mishiyev and to direct the matter to the new judicial trial" said judge, proclaiming the solution. In this case Moscow city court decreed to leave M.Mishiyev under the guard before the examination of the matter is repeated in the Zamoskvorechye law court. This decision was accepted by the law court with the examination of the appeal of M.Mishiyev`s protection, which insisted on the cancellation of arrest and his release from custody.
