The military departments of the Ukraine and Russia can solve the problem of the inventory of the objects of the Russian Black Sea fleet in the Crimea getting in no conflicts. This opinion was expressed by the Ukrainian Minister of Defense Anatoliy Gritzenko on Thursday. "Today the things are on the stage of inspection, so it is too early to speak about the results. If there is no problems at the higher level, for example at the level of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then I assume that through the military departments all problems will be solved without conflicts", said the minister. He also noted that the questions of increasing price of lease for basing Russian Fleet in the Crimea and the kind of mechanism of the revision of lease pay are in the scope of the Ministries of Economic and Finance of the Ukraine. Gritzenko also stated that to solve the problems between two countries "like brothers" did not appear possible. "Prices of the imported gas, which is a strategic value for our economy, have been proposed to be raised almost five times, and I am not saying about the agreements, which have been signed, still raise many questions and doubts. Therefore to the relations between two countries are worth considering in complex ", the minister believes. If two countries have turned to the market principles concerning settlements for natural gas, then "there is nothing left but to turn to the same principles in all other spheres", Gritzenko assumes.
