The population of regional center Smolenskoe in Altai krai remained without cold water supply. By information of regional administration of Emergency Ministry, a breakdown of main conduit occurred in second half of Thursday. Residential area of regional center with population of about 6000 people, 6 boiler-houses, 2 schools and 2 kindergartens remained without cold water supply. Transportation of water for population needs and boiler-houses` make-up has been organized. Heating supply has not been damaged. Repair brigades search for spot of conduit rupture. Reconstruction works will supposedly finish by Friday evening.
